General Terms and Conditions

All orders placed through our online shop are subject to the general terms and conditions below.

Parties to the contract; conclusion of contract
The purchase contract you enter into is concluded with Obrasso-Verlag AG, 4537 Wiedlisbach, Switzerland.

Adding a product to our online shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract regarding said item. The contract is concluded upon your accepting the offer of merchandise in your shopping basket by clicking the order button. Additionally you will receive confirmation by e-mail immediately after submitting your order.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges will be added to the product prices indicated. Information on shipping charges will be provided prior to conclusion of your order. Shipping charges are a function of order volume and delivery address.

In our shop, the following modes of payment are available:

  • Credit card
    Your credit card will be charged upon conclusion of your order.
  • Advance payment by bank transfer
    When concluding your order, you will be sent a PDF invoice by e-mail. The merchandise will only be delivered upon receipt of payment.
  • Invoice
    Payment by invoice is available to customers based in Switzerland only. The merchandise will be shipped together with the invoice.

Personal collection
We deliver by shipping only. It is not possible for you to collect your merchandise personally.

Retention of title 
The merchandise remains the property of Obrasso-Verlag AG until full payment has been made.

Return and Exchange
For copyright reasons, we are only able to take back or exchange sheet music if there is an incorrect delivery or if there are manufacturing faults. For copyright reasons, we are only able to take back or exchange sound or image carriers if the goods are still in the original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note, otherwise it will not be possible to process them. The time limit for any return is 10 days from receipt of the purchased items. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours, otherwise the entitlement to a free replacement lapses. Returns for reasons other than those mentioned above can only be accepted by agreement with our customer service.

Return shipment
Please return shipments by post (letter or parcel). The costs for a returned delivery will only be refunded or credited, if the goods were incorrectly delivered by us or defective.

Our customer-service desk is accessible by phone (+41 32 636 37 27) from Monday through Friday from 9am to 12am.

Contract languages
The languages available for contract conclusion are German and English.

Granting of rights; customer reviews
By deciding to write a customer review, users grant us an exclusive licence, unlimited in time and place for the duration of the underlying right, to use their customer reviews for any purpose, both online and offline. While we will make sure to always indicate the authors’ names (expect for authors who have expressed their wish to remain anonymous), we reserve the right to shorten or drop such indication. We also reserve the right not to place reviews on the website, or show them for a limited period of time only, and to shorten or amend them. In addition, reviews are subject to guidelines. Customer reviews exclusively reflect the customers’ opinions. Their content does not necessarily coincide with our views.
